Alycen graduated from Idaho State University with her Master's of Science in Speech Language Pathology. Throughout her career she has worked with a variety of children and adults, doing everything from swallowing to utilizing alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) to help her non-verbal clients communicate more effectively.  She works with individuals of all ages and functioning levels in a variety of settings.  Alycen has a passion for helping people communicate and for educating clients and families.  

When she is not focused on creating the best special needs clinic in Utah, Alycen loves playing volleyball and doing woodworking.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, Rob, and her family.

Deanna graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1991.  She then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 1993.  Deanna has worked in a variety of settings during her 26 years as an OT including Inpatient and Outpatient Neuro Rehab, Community Re-Entry for Brain Injuries, Outpatient Pediatrics, Early Intervention, Schools, and the NICU.  She has extensive experience working with children with diagnoses including Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders, and Autism. Deanna is passionate about helping clients achieve their highest potential and educating families.  She enjoys playing sports, yard work, and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children.

Emily graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a bachelors in Family Studies and then again a few years later with a Master of Occupational Therapy degree. Since then she has worked in a variety of fields in mental and behavioral health settings, and deeply appreciates the opportunity to help people of all ages learn or regain the multitude of skills needed to participate in all of our activities of daily living (ADLs, or occupations)! She grew up on a very flat farm in Texas so one of her favorite pastimes is marveling at how beautiful mountains are and wondering what is all this cold white stuff falling from the sky again?

Stacey began her experience with ABA in 2005 after she completed her Bachelor’s degree in psychology
from Southern Oregon University. This was an enjoyable experience for her and solidified that she wanted to pursue a career helping children and families. Stacey attended the University of Utah where she received her Masters of Social Work in 2008. For the next several years she worked as a mental health therapist with an emphasis on play therapy and working with children that were survivors
of trauma. Stacey is a certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has worked in a
variety of settings that include outpatient, schools, hospitals, and residential. In order to help
those with Autism Spectrum Disorder more efficiently, Stacey decided to pursue a Behavior Analyst
certification while working in an autism residential treatment center. Stacey completed the Florida
Institute of Technology’s ABA program and became a BCBA in 2015. Her goal is to help your
child reach their full potential and provide support throughout their treatment. Stacey loves seeing
children progress with their goals and sharing in the excitement with their families.

Michael moved to Utah to join Whole Child Therapy from Idaho Falls. Michael is a graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho with his bachelors in psychology and Capella University with a masters degree in psychology and an emphasis in applied behavior analysis. Michael has 10 years of experience working with the autism population ranging from children to adults.

Taryn is from Eagar, AZ—a beautiful small mountain town. She loves fishing, hiking, camping and all of the outdoor things with her husband, Seth, and their families. She graduated from East Carolina University with her master’s in speech pathology. Taryn loves this field because she gets to help people with two of the most important things in life – communicating and eating, of course. She loves to learn and is excited to continue to pursue her career as an SLP at Whole Child Therapy.

Kyra grew up in Utah and Hawaii. She attended William Penn University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Professional Biology in 2014. Kyra earned a second Bachelor’s in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Utah State University. In 2020, she graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions with a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology with a medical emphasis. Children’s books are her favorite tool to use in therapy. Kyra’s passion lies in family education, and providing the resources families need to help children reach their potential. She always looks forward to spending time with her husband and three children. They are usually outdoors playing sports, hiking, fishing, camping, or on an adventure at a national park.

Holly Rush grew up in Springville and lives there today with her husband and two kids. They love camping and hiking and roasting marshmallows together. 

Holly graduated from BYU with her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders. 

She has worked in school districts and charter schools and now here at the clinic.

She loves her job and working with all the amazing kids and their families!

Aubrey grew up in Sevier County, Utah and is married to her high school sweetheart. They currently live in Pleasant Grove with their cat, Violet, and love taking her to the park on her leash. Aubrey spends her summers by the pool and winters on the slopes snowboarding. Her favorite vacation is back east on the coast of the Outer Banks, NC and absolutely loves the beach. She has a seashell collection that would blow your socks off! Growing up playing softball, she can be pretty competitive and loves a good game. She also enjoys being outdoors and longboarding with her husband.

Chantelle grew up in B.C., Canada. She graduated from UVU with a Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science and a Minor in Biology. She has worked the last few years in Academia by helping to build and implement high impact teaching practices within higher education. In the coming months, Chantelle hopes to get started in a BCBA program and eventually become credited in being able to diagnose Autism. She wants to help individuals and families bond and succeed through each developmental phase. In her spare time, Chantelle enjoys watching ESPN, hiking with her dog and husband, being the favorite nerdy aunt, baking, listening to true crime podcasts, and reading (she may or may not be addicted to Amazon Kindle).

Mallory Stoker grew up and lived in Tri-Cities, Washington until she recently started school at Utah Valley University majoring in Psychology and will continue as she works towards her dream of becoming a BCBA. She loves to spend time with friends and family, being outdoors, and enjoys music in every form. She is constantly up for a new adventure but always finds time to be within the autism community and help children as they learn and grow.

Sierra grew up in Gilbert, Arizona and moved to Utah Valley for school. She is currently attending UVU and pursuing a degree in English Education, in hopes to become a teacher. She loves teaching and problem solving. She has worked with kids with learning disabilities since high school and loves every minute of it. In her free time she loves to read and write and to spend time with her family.

Joseph is from Austin, Texas, and is the second of four boys. He is studying neuroscience to be a psychiatrist! Joseph loves playing violin and piano, rock climbing, and swimming. Sabrina grew up in a big family but a small town. Born and raised in middle of nowhere Montana where she loved outdoor activities like ATVing, hiking, floating the river and running 5ks. She is new to Utah and hopes to make it a more permanent  home. She feels passionate about helping people and strives for a career that allows her to reach her full potential and influence the lives of those around her.
