Sometimes our waitlists move very quickly, sometimes they move rather slowly.  To partner through this process, please answer the following questions to help us determine your child's needs.  Your answers help us determine how to move your child through our waitlist as quickly as possible and enables us to give you a more accurate estimate for how long you may be on our waitlist.  

There are 5 sections in total, and each section will take approximately 2 minutes to complete.
